Correspondence
• Fines for ladies’ late registration of players, match cancellation, and pitch fees = £103
• Letter regarding 3rd party liability insurance, Terry to action
Treasurers Report
• £13,195 in bank, awaiting astro fees
• £1859 in building society
• £2817 in shares, to be sold if reach £3000
• N.b if anyone has a bill or invoice please get them to Terry ASAP
Captains Report
• Mens 1st- playing well, need to improve second half performance- drew 1 & lost 3
• 1898’s - won 2 and lost 3
• Mens 2nds- won 1, drew 1, lost 3
• Ladies 1sts- lost 1, cancelled 2 games due to lack of players
• Juniors- girls -lost 3, boys-under 16’s won 2/2 games, under 14’s won 1st match
• n.b. mini festival raised £67
Training/coaches
• 3 new qualified coaches
• Ladies to attend Thursday’s training
• Liz Adams suggested in Ladies’ meeting contacting Universities with people doing Sporting degrees to see if they would be available to coach. Contact Ben
• Mark Short no longer available to coach
• Alan to arrange a meeting
Leadership course
• 4 boys passed and 1 failed, all juniors
Xmas Social
• To be arranged after Xmas at the rugby club, date is 5th January 07.
• Alan to contact Rugby club to secure booking.
• A.J to ask Nikki or Jo if can help with invites/flyers.
• Any donations of prizes would be welcome.

• Concerns raised regarding state of astro, Terry to raise with Adam
• Proposal for umpires to be allocated by club in advance of games
• Carol Draper would like to umpire 3 games and then do her watching
