Treasurer’s Report
- Terry handed out a statement of the account up to April 30th 08.
- Deficit by 2097.03
- Bank year end £12,360
- Building society £1885.59
- Total 14,242.59
- Shares £1332.50
- Astros have gone up.
- Affiliation has gone up.
- This year the number of Members has gone down.
- Matt Lewis owes the club £230 – It was decided a letters should be written to him or the club will try and recover through small claims court.
- Next season we need to tighten up collection of fees – Possibly a mid break check half way through season.
- Thank You to Terry for his hard work.
Club Captains Report
- No Reds this year. The club did try to get Peter back earlier from his suspension. Hampshire said no. Peter will be back playing in December 08.

- Membership for all will stay the same. We hope for a sponsor after attaining the Club 1st
- Members buying kit through there membership payments have been a success and it was agreed to continue this offer to members.
AOB
- The first Aid kits are currently being sorted for next season. The club now has a 1st Aid officer – Paul Webb. Any 1st Aid issues are to be reported to Paul including purchase of 1st Aid kit.
- We now have a child protection officer – Sandra Vidler
- Dugouts – Terry is to Meet up with St Vincent to complete a risk assessment
- Goals need to be checked due to damage off one goal
