AGM Agenda

Agenda agreed by committee present. There will be nominations for any post including those who are happy to continue.
Within the club though we are in need of:
Social secretary
Mens 2^nd team captain
Ladies 1^st team captain
All other post are happy to continue in their roll and to be re-elected.
There are 2 new posts, First Aid officer and Child protection, which have members of the club attached to those rolls (see previous minutes)

Membership fee proposal

The club has proposed to continue with the same fees as last year. These fees have been the same for the last few years. It is important for members to pay for the fees as this covers members in paying for insurance. It was suggested that fees that are not paid will be added by the captain on top of match fees next season. Your membership does include the hire of the pitch for training on Wednesday and Thursdays for juniors and Thursdays for seniors. It is important that members do try and attend training sessions that are held on these nights.

Presentation night

This is now confirmed for the 10^th May at the Masonic halls in Gosport. This year the presentation night will included juniors and seniors.
Juniors start at 5:30 – 7:30, seniors 7 for 7:30 start till 11. It would be good if many of the seniors could come and support the younger members of the club at their presentation evening.
The cost for the evening are:
£3 non member Adults
£1 Non member juniors
£1 for members
Junior members are free but if they stay for the Adult evening, will need to pay the £1.
