- Certificates have now come through for the equity in your coaching course for club 1st.
- Paul and Sandra have attended the 1st Aid course
- Still need the main trophies back from winners of last season ready to be engraved for this seasons presentation night.
Correspondence
- Only 2 more parts to be completed in the club 1st
- England Hockey Annual report has come through including an accounts report
- There has been an offer if interested in joining an indoor summer league
- Poole HC have asked if any team is interested in pre season friendly

ULO Report
Coaching
The club are looking into a form where if a member is interested in coaching needs to sign. The club will then pay up part of the cost, but the member has to coach and if they leave the club within a period of time, will have to pay the club the cost back.
We are finding that in some cases the club has paid the money, but once people get trained, they then leave the club. This needs to be a benefit for the club and its players.

Junior members are free but if they stay for the Adult evening, will need to pay the £1.

AOB
- Ian is setting up an E-mail system which contacts all members about events etc. Can captains please get their players e-mail addresses
- A medical questionnaire will be going to members for medical details and emergency contacts
- The club is looking into getting members of the club first aid trained. Paul Webb is now the clubs 1st Aid officer. If interested please see Paul.
- The club is looking into the Gosport Councils volunteer pack for members of the club who volunteer their time.
