Previous minutes - actions, matters arising
• The minutes containing the Club 1st statement has been signed.
Correspondence
• Letter from England Hockey in regards to a situation with a younger member of the club. The matter is now closed mentioning the coaching and child protection. The letter was in the clubs favour in how the club dealt with the situation in a proper manner.
• Hants and IOW sports awards. Any nominations? Various categories.

Fixtures
• Men’s 1st won 5 - 2 against Tadley at home. Won 5 - 1 against Eastleigh.
• Men’s 2nd 3 - 1 Fareham, 1 - 1 Fleet, 3 - 1 Trojans
• 1898’s 0 - 0 Fordingbridge, 1 - 5 Andover, 0 - 4 Aldershot.
• Ladies 5 - 1 Basingstoke Fossils, 1 - 2 New Milton, 0 - 2 Waterside, 5 - 1 Basingstoke.
• Juniors under 16 boys lost 9 - 0 to Southampton and are now out of the Cup.
• Girls only lost 2 games
• Mixed U12 played Fareham 1- 0 and Southampton 0 - 0.
• Under 8 got silver medal and u10 came 6.
ULO Report
• Nothing to report.
Coaching
• Lack of numbers from the men’s team. Can Captains please encourage teams members to turn up on Thursdays from 7 till 9.
AGM / Presentation evening
• Week beginning 21 April for AGM. Please can current committee members let us know if you are willing to standing for next year.
• Presentation night possibly 2/3 May but club to see possible dates at Thorngate. If you have ideas for the presentation evening please see Luke Tickner.
• Juniors - possibly 10 may for presentation night.
Social
• There was a lack of support from some of the teams, this meant less numbers than normal. Night was a good evening. Thank you to Luke and Garfield for all of their work that went into the organisation.
• We would like to have a social for all teams. Suggestions for example were the dogs, quiz night. Any ideas to Luke Tickner.
AOB
• An order of shirts has come back. Mark Short will put another in once he gets 20 orders. Captains let teams know prices etc
• The suggestion of a sponsor was raised. Has been tried before but if anyone has ideas of sponsorship please see Luke Tickner. The club do offer members to spread payment of kit with their membership costs.
• Still waiting for certificates for the equity in coaching course for club 1st.
• We have 2 spaces for a first aid course - see Tracy for details.
• Please can captains get the shields back from last season’s winners, ready for the presentation night.
