Team Reports
• Men 1st -They drew against Aldershot & Farnham 2-2, lost against the Isle of Wight 4-0 but then beat New Milton 2-1. They are currently 5th in the table with their last game to play this weekend against Hampshire Academy.
• Ladies 1st – They lost against Petersfield 3-1 and Waterside 4-1 but then drew last weekend against Hamble 1-1. The team, however, is still bottom of the division and is expected to be relegated to Division 3 next season.
• Men 2nd -They lost to Basingstoke 6-0 but then drew against Salisbury 2-2 and beat Southampton 4-1 last weekend. They are currently sitting 5th in the table – a great end to the season.
• Ladies 2nd – They beat US Portsmouth 4-2 but then lost to Southampton 3-0 and could not field a team for their last game of the season against Petersfield. They finished 8th in the table.
• Men 1898 – Despite losing to Southampton University 3-1, the team then went on to beat Camberley & Farnborough 4-2 and Haslemere 3-1. They still remain 10th in the division and almost certainly will be relegated.
• Juniors – The Minis played very well at Fareham. The U14 girls have had two byes and will possibly get another, giving them 9 points without even playing! The U16 boys lost against Trojans 4-1 but are still second in the division. The U14 boys A team are league champions – well done!! The U14 boys B team have one more match to play against Havant, which they must win to become league champions. Good luck!
