Discipline report
• Tracy gave a report of the meeting she had with Param and his Dad.
Team Reports
• Men’s 1st – Continued the good form since the Xmas break. Won the last 4 games and still scoring loads of goals.
• Men’s 2nds – Have had a tough spell playing most of the top teams in the division. Just about ended even on wins/losses over the last month.
• Men’s 1898 – Lost the last 4 matches – could be a problem as the run in to the end of the season is against a lot of the top sides.
• Ladies – Continue to improve on the league position. Hopefully will have done enough by the end of the season to stay up. The meeting held the previous week went well. There is a commitment from the current players to continue next year and confirmation that Ady Snell will manage/train the side next year. Also a number of the U14 girls are now attending the ladies training and are being included in the weekend games whenever possible.
• Juniors – Boys all in to semi-finals of cup. The club did well at the recent Chichester Mini fest.
ULO Report

Coaching
• Appears to be going well – thanks to Peter Campbell and a few others who are assisting him.
Umpiring
• Request from Paul Webb and Matt Lewis to go on a LOR 1 Umpiring course – Steve Holyer to investigate next available course.
AGM
• To be held on the 17th April at the Alverbank – Louise to arrange with Alverbank Please.
• All current officers please let Nigel or Louise if they will be standing for office next season please.
Presentation night
• To be held on 21st April at Thorngate Halls. Theme to be decided. Terry to inquire about the availability of a disco. Could all Team captains arrange for the return of the trophies please, and to have names of this years recipients ready for the March committee meeting.
AOB
• Men’s 2nds team- Mark has handed Captaincy to Garfield. The committee gave a vote of thanks from the club to Mark for all the his hard work with the 2nd eleven this season.
